Lunch vs Dinner 午餐与晚餐


午餐 wǔcān lunch  
A meal. Usually at noon, noon 1 o'clock. 

一顿饭。通常在中午、中午1点。 
yī dùn fàn. Tōngcháng zài zhōngwǔ, zhōngwǔ 1 diǎn. 

 茶 Chá tea 
 A light afternoon meal, sandwiches, cakes and so on, and a cup of tea. 4pm. It is sometimes called afternoon tea (mainly). The word can also refer to cooking dinner, around 6 pm (BRE). 

一顿清淡的下午餐,三明治、蛋糕等,还有一杯茶。 yī dùn qīngdàn de xiàwǔcān, sānmíngzhì, dàngāo děng, hái yǒu yībēi chá. 

下午4点。 Xiàwǔ 4 diǎn. 
它有时也被称为下午茶(主要是)。 Tā yǒushí yě bèi chēng wèi xiàwǔ chá (zhǔyào shi). 
这个词也可以指烹调晚餐,下午6点左右(BRE)。 Zhège cí yě kěyǐ zhǐ pēngtiáo wǎncān, xià wǔ 6 diǎn zuǒyòu (BRE).
