Where there is a will, there is a way 有志者,事竟成



Where there is a will, there is a way, yǒu zhì zhě shì jìng chéng, interpreted as as long as there is determination and perseverance, things will eventually succeed. "Geng Yan Biography"

耿弇 Geng Yan was a Chinese general of the Eastern Han Dynasty. He was the son of Geng Kuang, who was the governor of Shanggu Commandery. He initially served Emperor Guangwu of Han as clerk; later, he became one of the Emperor's most important generals, and contributed to the establishment of the Later Han Dynasty.
