Cross talk 相声 is one of the Chinese traditional folk arts mainly in northern China featuring two performers talking with each other on the stage in a very spoken, humorous,and teasing way that makes the audience laugh. PS. beijing accent is bit different from what was defined as the standard official language of Mandarin in that it contains way too many local dialectical expressions. but usually beijingers are very proud of their own accent. if you're in beijing but speaking with a non beijing accent, then unfortunately you'll feel like an outsider.
