Some useful phrases and questions to help people to get help when finding their way. For example, when you want to express you are looking for someone, when you want to ask someone to wait a moment. Or when someone on the phone ask you to hold on. Or when you want to ask 'how much' is something. Even the very important basic to prompt before you start to ask a question.
